This training is for teachers of grades 3-5 students and explores the concepts of multiplication and division by examining alternate strategies and student misconceptions.

Participants will:

  • develop and/or expand teacher knowledge base of early numeracy sense, as well as deepen the conceptual understanding of the common core standards related to number and operations.
  • be introduced to instructional strategies for teaching content and differentiating instruction.
